KayConnect – Training Management Platform

What is KayConnect?

• KayConnect is an all-in-one training management platform designed to streamline operations for training organisations. It centralises enrolments, scheduling, billing, attendance tracking, and communication within a unified system.

Who is KayConnect designed for?

• KayConnect is built for trainers, coaches, academies, and training organisations across disciplines such as sports, music, fitness, and professional development.

Can KayConnect be customised?

• Yes. KayConnect offers custom branding, flexible course structures, and configurable pricing models to align with organisational needs.

Can existing student records be imported?

• Yes. Organisations can import student and class data from Excel spreadsheets or other systems for a smooth transition.

Subscription & Billing

Is a free trial available?

• Yes. KayConnect offers a free trial period so organisations can explore the platform before subscribing. KayFinder remains free for discovery.

How does pricing work?

• KayConnect provides monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is based on student volume and selected feature sets.

Can subscriptions be modified or cancelled?

• Yes. Organisations may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time in accordance with subscription terms.

What payment methods are accepted?

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers through secure and compliant payment gateways.

Data Security & Privacy

Is data secure with KayKloud?

• KayKloud implements industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption, role-based access controls, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

What happens if an account becomes inactive?

• Accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days may be archived and temporarily restricted. Accounts inactive for 180 consecutive days may be permanently deleted in accordance with data retention policies.

Can organisations export or delete their data?

• Yes. Organisations may export their data at any time and request deletion, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
